My happy childhood was spent in Hong Kong, where my chef parents taught me the art of making Dim Sum Dumplings by hand. These days, my husband Edison and I are excited to share the joy of dumpling preparation with our own little kiddos.
How lucky we are to be living in such a magic part of the world as Margaret River, Western Australia. Since our arrival in 2014, our family has been welcomed with open arms and received nothing but support from the amazing locals. Now it’s time for us to share my family’s special dumplings with the community we have grown to love so much.
